Your application will be reviewed. If it is successful, a member of our People and Culture team will contact you within one week.
2. INTERVIEW
We will invite you to an online interview via Microsoft Teams, where you will be asked to respond to a range of questions and scenarios. You are also encouraged to ask any questions you may have about iCare. You will receive your interview outcome within three business days.
3. YOUR DOCUMENTS
We will request that you provide your documents and information, including two professional references.
4. CONTRACT & EMPLOYMENT DOCUMENTS
Congratulations and welcome to the team! Once you have provided all required documents, we will send you your letter of offer along with additional employment documents to complete.
5. FINAL AUDIT
After you have signed your employment documents, we will conduct a final audit to ensure we have received all required forms. If everything is in order, we will give you a call to invite you to your in-person induction.
6. IN-PERSON INDUCTION
Inductions are held fortnightly at our Collingwood office. Once you have attended the induction and successfully completed the final assessment, you can begin picking up shifts!
